Helpdesk Ticket
If you need to open a ticket with the helpdesk, you can do so easily by sending an email to Help@JWM.Services. If you prefer, this form also sends an email to the ticketing system in order to be tracked and worked on. Phone calls to 818.835.5073 are also accepted, but please be mindful that there is only one person available to answer these calls, and tickets received as voicemails will be manually entered into the tickets system as soon as available.
